Roof Basket

I've been looking and was trying to get some ideas for a basket to hold my golf clubs and camping items. What do you guys recommend for size? Taller / shorter? Would love some input.

many companies sell a basket that attaches to the trailer hitch receiver.they are fairly inexpensive.I built several of these over the years, mostly for hunters

I've looked into those, but not really a fan rather have it up top if possible. That is a good option though.

Don't know if you like this style but it mounts to the jeep, not the top

I was actually looking at this one. Click Here to view it. I like the idea I could extend it if needed.

That one would be ok with a hardtop. but with a soft top they are supported off the side of the wind shield and back bumper I see them often on Craig's List but they usually run from 300.dls up.

I have a garvin safari rack up top and love it. Very sturdy. Only drawback is that it stops the soft top from coming back while still on. To solve this, the rear bolts can be used like a hinge. Unscrew the bolts attached to the windshield, then it leans back. I don't take the top of my Jeep off much (lots of micro cells that bring rain in Florida !) so it doesn't bother me. Can always unzip the sides !
