Rough Country isn't bad...

I bought my Rough Country 4" lift a couple months ago. Of course everyone told me how horrible they are and you may remember my post about the height not looking right. Turns out the height wasn't correct. I measured from ground to rocker and came up with 20" (2" shy of a 4"). Called them up, they asked for pics, I sent them and they sent me new springs. Great customer service. Can't wait to get the new ones in and see what 4" is really like.

Cool, glad they are taking care of you.As I mentioned in your previous thread, they have made some changes in their products. I am glad they are moving in the right direction.
