SIGH A man and his word

That wrangler I bought for 2g and told the guy he had 2 months to buy it back, well, he came up with the cash, so now I`m going to be down to just my cherokee which my kids alway seem to have or my silverado which the war maid (my wife) claimed. I wish now I hadn`t told him that but that was part of the reason I got the deal on it I did.
I did tell him he can`t have it back until I find another set of wheels to replace it though. I have to have a spare set of wheels at the house to get my youngest to school.
I keep telling myself, its alright, they aren`t really practical anyways, get lousy gas mileage, always leak etc,, but you know what, they`re fun..
Some of my buddies say screw him, he sold it to you, but I can`t do that, wish I could, but I can`t.
So anyways, anybody up here in the great northwest has a wrangler for a good price, let me know,,

As always – you are tested all the time and doing the right thing proves to the world that you are a good man. I have seen a friend get caught in the same type deal several years ago. It paid for him to do the right thing. The original guy got the Jeep back and had it stolen at a local mall about a month later.

i guess it truly is a dealership. btw can you elaborate a little more on the story, or is that the extent of what you know?

jgano, sounds like yer missing a jeep. all i know is when we bought it i mentioned to my so that the folks looked a little shaky. the mechanic missed little things. wires hacked out, etc. it appeared to have been sitting for a long time. when i got it home i noticed it had only one plate. 2 required in wa state. when i called the dealer she asked no questions and went to the dmv about 3 blocks and had a new set purchased and waiting for me.. i got fresh new papers from the saate and all but still have this odd feeling. we joke about it. hopr the joke's not on me.

Boy, sounds like a dealership here in West Seattle, Huling brothers sold the dealership to some nationwide company G or something, check out the story on kirotv.com if you guys get a chance,, they sold drugs, took a mentally ill man for $40,000 for a 30,000 truck then went over to his house and stole it along with the rest of his 100,000 or something he had stashed under his pillow. Of course they showed remorse,.,,,, after they got caught, one of the guys had a wife and kids, saying how he could have never done such a thing,, sheesh, he was the ring leader of it all,,*LOL*
Anyways, its quite a tale.
