How long has it been getting worse? If this all happened today then it sounds like maybe you're out of fuel or the pump may be bad. If it has been getting worse over a couple of days or more then there are other issues.

Yes gas is going through all the fuel injectors and there's fuel pressure

I would start with looking for vaccume leaks and leaks at the intake. You could also start checking the sensors (CPS, TPS) and such.

first, check the coil.....and very rarely will the tps or cps affect the idle.....and usually when the pump goes it just says eff it and quits

So how do I check for leaks in the intake/check my coil/ and so could it be the fuel pump?
