Springs for spring-0ver

what springs or add-a leafs work well in a spring-over? I would like little or no lift in the springs themselves

I started with th 5 leaf stockers and had problems, I replaced them with 6 leaf Crown replacement springs from Q-tec and they have taken a good beating. Nice spring for the price. That said the Rubicon Express 1.5" SOA springs are the awesomeness is you can deal with a bit of lift.

stock YJ springs are what a lot of folks use... Rubicon express also makes springs with the 1.5" of lift with the spring eyes setup for spring over.
