Straight pipe the cat converter help

How would I go about this if I wanted to do this professionally?

What engine do you have? If your goal is to sound better i've heard some 6 cly. that sounded good but never heard a nice 4 cly. If your looking for more power then you might want to explore some different options.

Cut the old one out with a sawzall or hack saw and get a piece of pipe that slides over the front pipe and the rear pipe and use clamps to hold it.
(recomended for off highway use only)

If your goal is sound, instead of straightpiping you could throw a cherrybomb glasspack into the process mow described. Cut the pipe before cat, short piece of pipe to cherrybomb, cherrybomb, another short piece to tailpipe.

You cut the old one out and put a brand spanking new catalytic converter in place.

It is a Federal crime to remove any Federally mandated emissions equipment. Talk of such activities is strictly forbidden here.

I'm not one to agree with everything the guberment does, but this is one of them.

Does anyone know if the weber carb. conversion in C.A.R.B. legal for California smog?

I think ive seen a disclaimer that said offroad and race use only.
