body lift just lifts the body. suspension lift will lift the whole jeep up, and allow for more flex. Body lifts are a cheap way to lift the Jeep. However, keep to a smaller body lift 1" or so, when you go taller you have to plan for extend lines, move radiator shrouds, adj t-case brackets, etc etc. The suspension lift is more expensive, but will provide better off road flex over stock. It may also require additional items depending on how high the lift is. T-case drop or SYE kit for the t-case, extending brake lines etc etc. You can combine body and suspension if you need to. handling will be most afftected by the suspension lift.
