those bravada seats are perfect for me. i need black seats in leather or vinyl to match my interior. i can't have non-matching seats or someone might investigate further and see the interior is painted a different color then the exterior and then my jeep's coolness goes down

I recognized the seats instantly cause I briefly owned a cavalier. They are comfy seats too. I called the local yard and they want $15/seat!!!!! What a deal! I'm going tomorrow to get some. Then gonna keep looking for black s-10 seats to match my all black theme. Thanks for the great great tip!

That's a good deal for $15! I ran them for a bit on mine and they were indeed comfy. They were in there until I switched over to racing seats.

Hi everyone. First time jeep owner with a question. I have a 94 YJ and the guy I got it from threw in a set of seats from a 2000 TJ. Has anyone mounted these in a YJ and if so what mods need done? Thanks in advance.

My Cavi seats that I purchased for my 94 YJ were a direct bolt in. They came from a 2002 Cavi. The seats will not be a direct bolt in on a CJ regardless of year. They have different sliders/risers

Apparently they changed. The seat bolts that attach the seat to the frame are completely different. the YJ has a bolt spacing of 14" wide and the TJ is only 11.5 inches. So if I want to use these I need to make adapter plates.

He wasn't talking about Wrangler seats at all. He was asking if the seats from the Cavaliers changed in 2000. The TJ seats will not direct bolt into your 94 YJ. Seats from a Chevy Cavalier will.

Cavalier/Sunfire/Neon seats were not a direct bolt in for my 1990 YJ! Maybe different year jeeps come with different risers?

Hey guys. So, my mounting bracket seems like it's been broken or hacked up or something. The seat sits wayyyyy too far back. Does this mean that even if I get some bone yard seats that I will need to buy new mounting hardware? No way the cav/grandam/s10 mounting hardware will bolt on as well, right?

Gee I could buy new ones, as my beach house is paid for as my 2 landrovers in the background are also. My girls go to Northside Christian school which cost more then most people make. Yep so paying only 50.00 gives me more $ to spend elsewhere.
You might be a tad too sensitive to hang out on this Forum. The man said they weren't vinyl and he's right. Why would anyone put cloth seats in a ride that doesn't have a top? But your resume is very impressive

Just installed 1999 Sunfire seats, just unbolted the seats from the seat tracks and bolted them on the YJ tracks . No modifications needed.
