Thoughts about Soft Top Storage...

Since i want to put back the hard top for the winter months i was thinking. i have my soft top down and rolled all up in the Storage Boot during the nice days of summer. My thought was for storage do any of you think it would be wise to drop the top like i usually do and use that case to cover it for the winter. Then just remove the bars and all one shot to store?

this is what i mean.
Rugged Ridge 12104.15 - Rugged Ridge Soft Top Storage Boot in Black Denim for 92-06 Jeep® Wrangler YJ, TJ & Unlimited - Quadratec

i wanna roll it up like that then store the whole thing one shot bars and all.

Thats usually how you do it, I don't have the boot so I just wrapped it in a terry cloth towel, I removed the windows and stored them inside.

Sure why not. Definitely remove all three windows and store them separately and carefully.

If you store it a long time wrapped up tight, it will take a bit to relax and get rid of creases. Nothing a nice warm day won't solve.

Thanks. yeah i love it. I dislike when the tops all just jammed in the back. Gives a neat and smooth look, and i do not have to worry about it getting dirty.

Best part is that i can roll the back window up and fasten it with the straps and tuck it inside that Boot as well.
