Will swapping the 2.5 for a 4.0 throttle body improve HP? And are they the same bolt pattern and are the wiring connections the same?

I just went through the same thing.I drilled about a 1/8 inch hole and made my own vac port. The TB swap is so far my favorite mod, more torque and better response.

So putting a 4.0 throttle body will fit on a 2.5 intake? And does it get any better highway speed?
