Tire problem!!!!!!!!!!

i just put a bds 2" lift in my jeep and new 31" tires and my tire rubs the leaf spring when i turn. what should i do about it?

You could add spacers, or you could adjust your steering stops. Of course another reason to buy new wheels with the proper backspacing... just tell your wife you HAVE to do it to be safe.

You can adjust the bump stops. I also have 31s and it has rubbed on the anti-sway bar for about 8 years. It doesn't hurt anything and I'm used to it. I know how sharp I can cut the wheel and not rub.

if you have the money get rims with a different back spacing, my 31;s used to rub on stock rims then i got 33x1350's and i can turn all the way now with no rubbing on the black rock crawler rims

The stops are on The steering knuckles. Just back them out until your tires don't rub anymore. I found it easier to put the front axle on jack stands so you can spin the tires.

Don't you need to put washers behind them and tighten them back down?

Mine have a nut on them that you tighten back down to lock them in place.
