Top down

Took the soft top off for the first time yesterday on my '91. Kinda a pain, but well worth the ride! This is how jeeps are supposed to be driven!! Gotta admit tho, not looking forward to putting it back up tomorrow... Ugh

know the feeling brother!

I'm going to PA for the weekend and my buddies are begging to take the top off... I'm never one to argue with taking it off... it's putting it back on that becomes the problem

Practice makes perfect. The first time I tried taking it off it took me about an hour, putting it back on was another 40 minutes...the second time I took it off in about 15 minutes and had it up in about 15 as well. You get faster and start doing steps together and learn what order to do them in

I'm at around 5 off and 10 on.

If it's been sitting in nice warm sun.

If it's cold I'd rather put a heavy coat on than try to put it up

Oh yeah.
First time top off and no picture?

The problem with having a hard top it is not as easy as you guys have to put up and take down, I want to wait till the weather is real good before I take off the top!!!

Took the hardtop off here in Chicago last Saturday. If it rains I've got a bikini top and tonneau cover. I actually put those on last night.

Got the top back on before tonight/tomorrow's rain... First time, 15 minutes alone. I'm cool with that. Can't wait to get the rain past so I can peel it back again!!!!
