Traveling with soft upper doors

Going on a three day trip next week and would like to bring the soft upper doors.

Was wondering what would be the best way to secure them in my '88 wrangler. I might b taking out the rear seat to bring extra beach stuff, gas can, etc...

Anybody been there, done that?

Thanks

General Jeep Security Advice

Don't leave anything "at all" in the Jeep. Keep the doors *unlocked.*

Passing "Hooligans" may search, but they'll probably move onto the next car without a quick score on the Jeep.

Absolutely-Positively don't leave your registration, Insurance, or any other papers in the glove compartment. That stuff can be used for identity fraud.

You mean secure them while you're driving? Or parked? While driving they'll be fine wedged in somewhere with soft stuff between them. Parked, they'll likely walk away....

InfernoGirl, don't leave anything of value inside your Jeep (including in the center console) when it's parked - especially over night. Remove your registration and any personal info.

Not everyone is so sweet as you InfernoGirl.

x2 on all of that. Or get a Tuffy center console like I've got for important documents.

I usually put mine with the metal posts down and right up against the back of the front seats with all the gear and stuff holding them against the seats.
