typical water leak???

so i have a 95 yj with hard top at the moment and i have a horrible leak couldnt tell ya where ........... but i have a puddle yes a puddle on passanger floor and it is wet all the way back to the back seat..... any ideas?

There is a drain tube just to the right of your battery pull that off and clean it out. Its the drain for your cowl on your hood just under the windshield. The cowl is the intake for your venting and when that drain gets pluged it backs up into your vents and down on your feet. Its black and about 1inch around and about eight inches long and just ends with a valve thing on the end witch I cut off cause it was catching rocks.

that is most likely the culprit, buuuuuut if not, try the seal under the windshield frame. its known to dry rot

check the windshield frame behind the dash, mine has some pretty nasty rust all the way through and i always have a puddle on the passenger side floor
