warrior light and mirror brackets

I have to say I was not impressed with these nearly $80 brackets. As you can see from the pictures the angles and holes were off. I had to completely slot out the side hole to make them work.
Aside from the the serious fitment issues, they are however well made and the finish seems to be solid.

Ah, 2 things. 1, taking pictures that make me try and break my neck to look at them are very uncool...lol

2, the brackets are made to go on the top side of the hinge not the bottom. and they look like they are brackets for a TJ instead of a YJ.

Try taking the bracket in the 2nd pic, and lining it up on the other side of the jeep on the top of the hinge and see how you make out.

They were labeled to be for a yj. The ones for a tj are quite a bit different.
If I were to flip them, I can't say for sure that the holes wouldn't line up (don't have them in front of me) but there would be No clearance for the lights. They would have to be pointed downward.
Either way I made them work.
Not sure Why my pics sometimes load sideways. Lol

With them mounted on the lower part of the windshield hinge, you cant lay the windshield down. That was why I was saying that they are on the wrong sides.

When I had them on mine, they were above the hinge so that the windshield could still be laid down if you wanted to.

That thought definitely crossed my mind. Until I saw the condition of my hinges. I wouldn't dare try laying down my windshield until they are replaced. Lol
When the time comes I may try to move them or just Fab something better.
I really wanted one piece hinges with welded brackets. I was being lazy.
