hmm well that doesnt sound like the icm. the starter would still crank if it wash out but just not turn over. id have to say its the starter or ignition system. it could just be that your not getting a connection when you turn the key. try bypassing the key. not trying to sound like an @ss but are you sure the battery is not just a dead cell or maybe just dead....ummm heres a thought. i know on my mine i dont have to push the clutch to start mine but i dont think that that should be the case. maybe something is wrong with watever sensor tells the car the clutch is depressed.. if your is a sick of course.

turns out the solenoid wasn;t grounding good so it wasn;t completing the circuit. once i cleaned up the holes where it bolts on, the ol jeep started right up.

i should've drove it up to central texas friday. i haven't had it on any long trips since i put the new carb on but the wife and kids were going and rain was on the forecast. it ended up not raining and the weather was perfect for a jeep ride. oh well, next time

Bought some Hella lights from a guy at work. $30 for the pair plus the double switches. Mounted, wired and tested them out. Wired them both to one switch but installed the other one for future use just because I already had the dash apart.

Second of 2 vehicles I had to winch out today. One was this 00 AWD V8 Explorer and the other as a 94 Chevy 1/2 ton pickup. Yeah, the jeep did badass.

You'll more likely to have the same issue with 4th as well. You need to take the shifter boot off, trim a bit (under 1/2") the rear side of the opening, and mount the boot by aligning it to that new side. That should resolve the problem.

It pretty much all in the profile but in short version: .5' (actual) shackle lift, 1" body lift, 2.5" suspension lift, 1" t-case drop, 1" motor mount lift, 33's, self made hood mounted high jack mount with light bar, Tuffy arm rest, modified Tuffy overhead console, I think it's all for now but the list goes on
