Well, i know a guy on the edge of town with a fork lift, I'm going to see how much flex it gets with these 33s, i need to go bigger for sure but i don't want to stuff the fenders with the biggest tires i can fit, and have no flex, but im thinkin 35s might even be small

SOA will give you about 6" with 3" springs.

Installed a set of 31x10.5 TSL's that I picked up on craigslist. Pretty tight fit with no lift, but sure do fill up the wells.

Also installed a rubber floor liner, and broke off the shifter knob because I did not know it was a jam nut, in the process. You can see my replacement for now.

In addition to my winch that I installed today, I also installed these Grand Am seats I scored from my local salvage yard. They fit with absolutely no modifications. They were an absolute direct swap. They look grey in the photos for some reason, but they're much darker in real life and they match my black interior very well. Here they are:

Today I installed a new cowl seal, center console, and took off the crappy 5,000lb harbor freight winch that the PO had installed. Then I cleaned up the front bumper and sprayed it with a quick coat of rust inhibitor to give it a fresh look until I replace it and get a new winch.

Only pic I took was of the center console. I'm not too impressed with the fit and finish of it but was tired of the stock center console and I bought this one and had it sitting in the garage for about a month because I never returned it to Morris 4x4. It will do for now. It is a very tight fit and almost impossible for the seat belts to slide back up after moving seats forward. It also doesn't sit 100% flush with the floor under it but it is only noticeable if you are looking for it.

I've got everything needed to put in flush mount tail lights so hopefully I can tackle that tomorrow. My new rear bumper with tire carrier was supposed to show up today but FedEx doesn't like me so it was delayed until wednesday. I've also got rock sliders with tube steps welded on that need to be installed but I've got a busted captive bolt on the passenger side body mount so I will have to fix that before being able to install the sliders.

Do any of those have a low back support by any chance?

Today was a good day. Removed my 3" body lift. Replaced it with the 1.25". What a difference. No more ugly frame sticking out all over the place, and fixed my shifter problems. Also, got to bolt in my new diamond plate shifter floor plate since the last one was cut to shreds because of the shifting problems associated with the 3" Body lift. Also replaced my 1.5" transfer case drop kit with a freshly home made 1". Had to to get the valve cover to clear the firewall when I removed the higher body lift. Cost me about 2 hours, and 5 bucks to build it, and it turned out great. Thinking I will order me the Brown Dog 1" lift motor mounts this week. Since picking back up my T case, I have a small vibration. Nothing major, but would rather none at all. Tomorrow, on to figuring out why my radio keeps loosing power.

I ditched my 2009 Chevy Silverado 2500HD quad cab to get my jeep and "save" money... Hasn't worked yet! Get about the same MPG and the extra money saved on the truck payment has gone right back into the YJ haha.

Removed my smittybilt bumper to prep for my new bumper and tire carrier that is being delivered Wednesday. Then I started with my flush mount tails. Got the drivers side done and will finish the passenger side tomorrow. Only thing I'm not happy with is the rubber gasket overlapping the trim of the gas filler. If I would have drilled any higher I would have dug into the top of the tub. Now I just have to clean up the rusted and peeling paint that was under the old tail light and now showing above the flush mount.

I've been looking at these bumpers trying to understand how the hell that thin crossmember can hold it together when the jeep's been pulled out by it unless bumper actually sitting on the frame of course. Does anyone has a shot of the back side of these bumpers?
