Pulled both track bars off, should have done a while ago. Nicer ride, didn't check to see if flex better but can't be worse. Just running 1 1/2 lift shackle and didn't notice any bad handling with longer shackles.

Took my son's '91 YJ down to the shop today and installed a new cap, rotor and plugs then found the reason why the engine had a miss, #4 plug lead had come off I usually look for things like that right away but dropped the ball on that one ! I just figured since it has sat for 4 years in a garage that it was just crappy fuel. I also punched out the catalytic conveter, now it runs like a new 2.5 !
I also removed the track bars, wow what a difference! I just couldn't see the reason to have that on a leaf sprung vehicle

Finished the OME spring swap. Ride difference is amazing. 2.5" springs, but it gained about 2" over PO's lift which was supposed to be 2.5" too. Here is a hint, and maybe I'm the only one that doesn't know this, but if you do both sides at the same time and leave the first one a little loose till you do the other side it is MUCH easier to get everything lined up properly!!

Corey Kuhlemeier owns the shop. Very good guy. Jeep guy too. I bought my TJ from him.
