It's a Derale from Summit. I've currently only got it hooked up to come on when the jeep is on and also has a switch for water crossings. Couldn't find my fan controller so I'll get one eventually.

It's really easy! I kept putting it off because I didn't want to remove the radiator but is only a few nuts and they're not too hard to get to. When I had the radiator out I hosed out the fins really good and flushed it and the block. Your jeep will thank you lol.

I mounted my HighLift Jack in the back - cost$0

Finally got around to mounting the Highlift behind my tool box. I used a rubber bump stop on one side and a mounting bracked with a rubber spacer on the other to cushion it and keep the rattling down. This keeps the jack inside and protected and still doesn't take too much space. Use parts I had laying around.

was looking to wire up an ignition/fuel pump kill switch and managed to get my headunit to stop working. chasing down that problem should be fun. but can somebody point me towards the right info on what wires i need for either an ignition or fuel pump kill switch(from inside the cab). i cant find any pictures or diagrams of wires anywhere.

Best i can figure the bearing for the front output shaft came apart which caused the chain to come loose/bind up with caused the chain to snap and it threw the chain through the case! Or something of that matter!

That sucks Mike, do you have the 2.5 or the 6.0 motor? If the 2.5 now would be the time to get an AX15 with an external slave, know what I mean?

got my jk axles in today

got my jk axles in today for the yj trasformation. Now I was thinking of using stock jk wheels with 37s on it since i wont need to worry about the stance of my feet being to far out. jk axles are 2" wider on both sides. Any advice on wheels size our back spacing on different set of wheels.

Can you just wire in a toggle switch on your power wire to the coil and hide the switch?

What I did to mine today is tear apart the front calipers. Was working on it because the front brakes were dragging, tore it down just thought it was the slides that had seized up. Pulled them off and they were tight but not to bad cleaned them off and put it back together to see what it did, still doing it so toke it back apart and popped the cup out of the caliper. Come to find out that gunk had collected in it and settled at the bottom of the caliper so that everytime I hit the brakes it would block the cup from going back int the caliper and kept pressure on the rotor. Clean it out and scraped all the gunk out, wiped down the seals put it back together and my old 2.5L picked up another 20 hp lol

The starter wire is yellow in the wire harness that comes from the ignition switch. Use that for your kill switch.

I've been fiberglassing a pair of angry eyes for my jeep over the past few days when I have a little spare time. A little more work and they'll be ready to paint.
