Received the DIY components from A to Z yesterday to make up a couple of bumpers and a tire rack. Picked up the tubing today.

Zack makes some heavy duty stuff.

Zach* is a great guy to work with done a lot with him the past 2 years and my dad's rig is headed there for a t-case swap out this weekend.

I gave myself a little sticker shock priced out about a grand worth of parts from Artech alone add in Reid, TMR, SAW and PSC and I've got about 4-5 grand worth of parts to get before my rig see the trails again. And thats not including tires

Also once I put the grommets in, I'll pack clear silicone in around the wires and the grommet. I get enough water inside my YJ without these two holes lol.

Also please note!! There was nothing behind there but always double check so you don't hit any wires or anything else. Once that's done just run the wires straight down. The hole will easily be found from inside the cabin.
You could also lower the windshield and run the wires there, instead of drilling a hole into it. See piv

I wouldn't recommend going between any two pieces of metal. It's a good way to start a fire.

Anyone use the AtoZ motor mounts for their 2.5L? Mine are completely trashed so I need to replace them sometime...

Zach, AtoZ, is a vendor for brown dog. I'm running the poly mounts in my rig but the rubber is good too. Brown dog makes a great product.

It's not metal on metal, there is a rubber seal between the base and he windshield with a groove that is perfect for the wire runs

I like those flat fenders you made. I'm hopefully putting a winch/plate and finishing up welds on the front bumper.
