Installed KC light brackets on the hood, removed doors for some last minute Jersey summer weather.

I use the prop bar.. little do people know propping your hood on your windshield channel leaves a dent in the hood.. only time I open it all the way is if im doing something with the battery because it gives a lot more clearance

I have the KC brackets so it stopped before the wind shield, the bolts were spinning so we had to lay it flat to hold them usually I do use the prop though

Took the spare tire off and put the top back on. It's a sad day summer starts into fall!

it looks like the PO never used the prop bar, cause my hood is badly dented.

took apart the dash today, to try to find the elusive horn wire, and just to see what was under there...that was a mistake

most of the lights are burned out (i thought it was just dim like that), the metal faceplace for the 5 center gauges was loose and very obviously in the wrong spot cause he had tried to install it upside down (really??) and was missing most of the screws, which i eventually found under the rear seat; and the wiring is a total rat's nest. and i finally figured out why my speedo wasn't working; it wasnt even hooked up! the one place he had actually tried to bundle the wires was right behind the speedo, so itll be difficult to hook it up now

i'm going to keep looking for that wire so i can finally get it inspected, but something tells me my dash will be sitting in the back seat for awhile!

The previous owner did a great job of painting the fender flares. The only problem with that is he didn't take them off to do it so today i wet sanded and buffed polished and waxed good as new-ish

I liked that idea, too! Haha.

Today I:

Put on my "new" steering wheel (STRAIGHT THIS TIME), replaced a bulb in the back. Cleaned up some wires & Tools.

And gave it a nice little wash.
