How do they do in keeping your tyres from throwing debris and mud into the jeep when topless?

Mounted my Hi-Lift and GoPro. Went on a very quick test run for the GoPro and got back just in time to meet Brown Santa for more goodies.

Can't wait to put this on. No more diesel (sounding) jeep

What I did to my YJ today

Replaced those pesky interior door latches. Now they work like a charm. While I had the door panels off, I secured the vinyl on the inside with tape so it fits nice and snug. Looks much better. Next will be to replace the fan belt. It's starting to squeal when the AC is on. I have no experience here so hopefully one of my sons will help me out.

Where did you buy the replacement latches from? I need to do my 1 door as it still sticks when I try to unlock. Might as well do both.

You doing it yourself or getting a shop to do it? I've been thinking about which route I want to go, either an 8.8 or new Dana 60.

I am going to strip it, and I bought the conversion kit. But, I have a local shop that is going to do the fab work and install, because I don't weld and I want to be sure the brackets are all mounted correctly.

For anyone who is thinking about this - take a look at Know Where 2 Jeep at the link below. Best price for an entire kit, or trying to piece together yourself, that I have found. Great customer service so far.

Picked up new seals for my transfer case. Took it apart last night so I could change the input shaft to match it to the AX15.

New head pipe and Muffler. I hate exhaust work. That is what I get for catching my head pipe on a tree stump at Rausch Creek.

The O2 sensor was only a month old so I took it in and told them it was bad to get a fresh one in the new head pipe. That way when this one goes bad I might be able to get it out without screwing the threads. I love Auto Zone, they treat me good.

Worked on cleaning the up the transfer case today and found that it was assembled wrong from the factory. The front bearing cover was off 90 degrees. The oil journal missed its mark and after 135000 miles transfer case still looks good.

I put the back seat back in my jeep after having it out for about ten years. I broke off one of the bolts and had to drill that out, then it took me a couple tries to get the brackets in the right way. Seems weird having it back in now.
