Thanks for the compliments!!

I ordered the switches from eBay. I thought they were gonna be smaller. There was no specs in the listing. I'm not a fan of the size but I like the looks. The LEDs would be easy to change if wanted to change the color. Thinking of color coordinating the LEDs with what they control.

Thanks again!

Great looking. I was debating on which I wanted to put on my 95, but I think I'm sold on that one.

Looks great!!!!

Where did you get your LED tails? I can easily find the 4" reds but I'm having a hard time 2" whites. I know warrior or rampage has a kit on quadratec for $100 but I know I can get the reds for $30 so I'd rather try and find the whites somewhere cheap

I've just purchased this 1987 YJ. Yesterday I removed any wire that did not come with the Jeep originally. There were 10 AUX lights scattered from the front to the rear, along with switches and a mess of wires to control them. I pulled it all apart.

Today, I'm running wire to a new AUX fuse panel, then relocating the switches and relays. I'm also installing a LED light bar on a Carr a pillar mount. I'm relocating the stereo to a Smittybilt console.

Great forum, I look forward to learning all that you have to offer!

They required a little trimming to fit but they are very bright if you do these you need to replace the fender light with led bulbs 194 I believe so they will blink when using an electronic flasher relay

Installed Bilstein 5100s to replace my Pro Comp ES3000s that came with my 4 inch lift. They only have about 250 miles on them (the Pro Comps) but they were extremely stiff. The Bilsteins have already made a noticeable difference. Anyone need some Pro Comps?

I also removed the old black bumperettes, repainted the rear bumper and installed stainless bumperettes.

I wanted to do that. I saw that on another rig. What size are those? Was it a pain in the ass to trim? I know there's a groove behind the parking light not sure if that came into play

Btw looks great. I hate my crappy looking lenses up front. I wanna do the LED round tails, rampage H4 headlights as well as these LED parking lights

My bestop front seats didn't match the tan rear seat. So I picked up some vinyl prep and cleaned it and then VHT vinyl dye and went to town. I think it looks much better. We will see how long it lasts

Great looking YJ. You got your work cut out for you with wiring. Enjoy
No problem and as long as you spend $25 and the order is fulfilled through amazon(which it will tell you before you buy) you'll get free shipping. But be careful using amazon is EXACTLY like owning a jeep lol. It'll make you empty every pocket but honestly 80% of items (even a lot of jeep parts) can be purchased through amazon for less than most places. Also if you want a link for the bright little 3/4" LEDs I used when trimming my fenders flat... Here it is. They're super bright and can be bought in a combination of lens/colors..

Used her to drop off the GF and a couple if her friends to go tailgating and ended up helping a big ole' truck get unstuck from being high centered on its rear axle.

A nice alternative to welding the Pulse Air bung (JB Weld + copper fitting didn't work) is to use screw in a pipe plug.

Apparently the bung is threaded and a 3/8 steel pipe plug works nicely if you can get the threads clean. I used a bolt to help clear the threads.

Wadded the exhaust pipe!

Last night the starter went out while up on the mountain, had to pop start it in reverse and only had about 20' to do it because of the trail and the tree's were so tight, successful! got home ok. today I had to beat the crap out of the old starter, thusly loosing the 40 dollar core charge, those friggin star bolts suck, replaced with some grade 5, went out tonight after going to the local flat track races and had to reverse out of a rough spot and folded the exhaust pipe in the rear area by the tank. lots a fun.. It will be fixed before the next race day.

Did a oil and filter change with quaker state defy oil. Replaced the spark plugs, plug wires, fuel filter, and the 02 sensor. Maybe my mileage will increase this week. Either way seems to run smoother.
