So, driving to work today, my clutch "stopped working". So, a repaired m.c. and all is good.

Tommorow, a block on the backside and adding a leaf to the front.

Today I installed 2, 18w, led back up lights, ran to a switch on the dash. ~2700 lumen. Pretty simple install, I mounted them to the bolts holding the tank skid plate.

Nice. I'll be wiring my "back up lights" (aka Fucl< you lights) next week. I'm buying the license plate holder with light mount that goes on the spare tire

Ah, cool. I think i know those lights. How about a picture of them pointed at a wall or at some object out on the street at night. A friend likes the look of drl's and i wanted to put those in a vent/slot in her front bumper but I wasn't sure if all the good reviews are fake or what. These are the slightly triangular lamps, right? about $25-30 each. I ended up doing nothing to her car because i didn't want to waste time and money on garbage drl's, and the alternative is getting OEM drl's at a cost of about $250 which is nuts considering what they are.

I'll light them up tonight and report back.

Probably the same lights. Terrible mounting hardware though, the screws that hold the light to the mount are tricky. I had to attach the mount to the lights, then attach the entire unit to the Jeep.

Been a productive couple of days. Started with replacing my lower windshield seal, replaced the windshield linkage bushings. I thought the motor was shot, turns out the PO wasn't all that bright, IMO.. Replaced my ignition, way easier than I thought it would be. And finally fixed my horn!!

Put a new 1piece oil pan gasket to replace the 4 piece one that came with my reman engine. Only to find out the mechanic who did the install crushed the rear main seal. Smh. Should have done the swap myself in the driveway.

Today, I started the Spring Over Axle lift. The brake lines created more of a pain that I'd hoped for. 20 years old and having lived her life in the midwest, there was some corrosion on the brake lines that wasn't anticipated.

Tomorrow's another day....

Best bet is to buy a flare kit and a tubing bender and replace them all. At that age you should replace the rubber lines as well.

Yeah, those are the lights i thought they were. I've been eyeballing them for a while now but you never know if the reviews are real or faked by the seller's friends. They're as bright as some reviews say they are and they'll make great drl's -- not too bright but enough output to light up some of the road unlike those crappy thin, unsealed plastic led lights. I remember reading about the problems with the mounting hardware. People said something liek the bolt is too big and it needed drilling or they used a smaller bolt. ..it doen'st really matter to me, it's easy to change fasteners, but a crappy light is useless. Thanks for taking the time to get pics.

Gave her a bath, waxing and cleaned out the inside... then later decided to take her off road with a buddy and ended up fining a new spot. Was too dark for pictures but plan in going back soon - hopefully tomorrow if the boss lets me!

I got it from quadratec. Check around though because I paid like 90-something for them and later saw them somewhere else for like 75 or something. Mine are the "warrior" brand...

.... I may get to go back to that trail area again today! Im pumped! hopefully I get some good picture/video opportunities.. I want to go back to a hunting area I went to this past winter again too... it'll be a totally different experience with all the growth from the summer.

The rim looks great, what kind of prep work did you do to it? What paint? Looking to do the same for all of mine. Thanks.
