Went to replace a Coolant hose and realized that it wasn't the reason I was leaking. I have a crack in the radiator right at the base of the neck the hose slides over. I then proceeded to take the radiator out. Driving my Dads Ram for the next few days...

Filed a police report bc some asshole busted my ignition cylinder. Either they tried to steal it or a jackass kid at my job was mad at me for something.

Be careful, man. Most people who stuff their 35 end up breaking it after a while.

Yeah they either blow up there axle shafts or nuke there spider gears for the most part but I don't have stock shafts or spider gear to mess up.....the weakest point on on my axle is the pinion and the fact that I don't have a truss to keep the axle tubes from bending. Not saying I have a bomb proff thurdy five axle but than I have't dished out any money on it either so no harm no foul when and if it decide to blow!

Oh shit.. saws all? lol.. I bet if you take off that grommet it looks like a meat grinder, eh?

---------------

Oh.. today I.. pumped my rear cv full of grease to hold it over till replacement and.. refilled my diff because my tool box was pinching the diff breather.. causing the diff to puke. Hope I didnt blow the seal. We'll see...

What I did to my Jeep today

Installed a smaller serpentine belt bypassing the ac compressor which has a bad clutch bearing.

Worked the hood a little more and picked up a set of tube steps for half price.

Not at all I had it on the hwy going 65 and didt notice really any noise from it. It is made of sail colth which I believe is supposed to help in that department! I just sold my hard top to get this setup and I really don't think is is any noisier than when my hardtop was on!

Does it feel any quicker with the belt not being hooked up on the compressor?

Got a set of KC HiLiGHTS with Driving beam, 55w. Bumper happened to have holes conveniently drilled in it (for what I assume would be for a tow bar), so they got mounted on the outer holes, and the wires ran through the inner holes. Took about 45 mins to put them in and get them wired up (including a partial disassembly of the dash to install the new rocker switch, and route the wires behind). Results are great, I aimed them with the low beams (well slightly lower to help in the fog) and they're impressive. Can easily see with low beams, and when flipping to high beams the entire road is lit up for quite a ways. Not hardly blinding at all, I am very satisfied.

This is my 55w Sylvania headlights, low beam. They work fine for driving on the street.

55w KC lights with low beams on the headlights.

Headlights, KC driving lights, and 55w HID spotlights on.

Don't you worry, my Jeeper brother. I would never forget about that. I should buy new rotors and shoes for the front because it's kind of worn up there.

I changed the fluid in the manual transmission and transfer case...front and rear differential fluid is next. Last time it was on a lift I had the mechanic check the trans fluid level, there was plenty of fluid but what came out had the color and consistency of watered down chocolate milk. Since I bought it from the PO I've had the engine oil changed several times.
