It was only $19.99 and runs on three AAA batteries. It has five LEDs and they do the job. I got a new horn button for my GT steering wheel with the jeep logo on it but I haven't had a chance to swap i out yet.

I need to look into that, mine doesnt have an interior light, or at least not that I have found in the 6 days Ive owned it. Think ill put that on the back burner seeing how the motor got a tick in it and oil pressure went to 0 on the way home

what I did to my YJ today

new mastercraft bucket seat, shorty antenna, coated the floor after removing the carpet, replaced hood latches, replaced belts and radiator, put on rock guards over lights, installed center council, replaced hoses on carb (due to leak), .. and that's about it... tomorrow I am going to try to do the nutter by pass.

Still researching... the order of my build is taking shape.
I'm just going to get it road-worthy first.

Brakes... brakes... brakes. Then on to the engine and the valves etc.

Weather sux here... I have to wait.

Went to lowes, and picked up 6 nylon hole plugs for the drain holes. I also grabbed 8 smaller ones for the back seat holes. They fit perfect.10$ for all.

An accident, I swear...

My Silverado broke down last night... nothing major... but of course it's a PITA.

Upside is, the wife says to me this morning that maybe I should get moving on that Jeep out there. (Hehehehehehehehehehe)

Door strap mount

One of the screw heads that hold the door strap mount on the drivers door snaped off today
its like 10/32 stainless
Jr and I where just out in the dark and cold with a flashlight, drill motor, and an easy-out for an hour
We got it
My sons first experance with easy-outs
I had a screw with the wrong head to put in it for now.
Both door mounts are bent and the other looks like it is going to snap
I NEED 4 NEW SCREWS AND TWO MOUNTS

You are the second person this week with the same brush guard as I. I have not seen anyone with it before this week and I have been searching for it. You wouldn't happen to know the manufacturer of it? Nice looking jeep too.

He parks backed in on a hill(our driveway) that would be hard on the jeep doors
and really hard on anything parked next to it
