I replaced the headlights (one was blown out). I put on the bikini top because sun is killing me here. Took of rails for soft top & the bumpers and sanded them (gonna spray bedliner on em to revive them. Also sanded and bedlined the side mirrors (the powder coating was pealing).

My best friend got hooked on working on the jeep with me so now I got 2 people working on it with me. Gonna bedline the interior next sunday.

Thanks!

PM the info on the meet, and I will do my best. Bit of a drive for weeknight, but I am keeping tabs on the happenings in the Texas Local forum.

EDIT: OK - checked the calendar and saw that 7 April is a Saturday. Will definitely try to make it.

Took out and cleaned the mixture screw and jet, and adjusted my Weber 32/36. It's running very smoothly (until it gets tired of running and just cuts off two or three times a week) After some advise on here to change out my ignition control module (to fix the problem I've been having with her cutting off randomly) I decided to do a little recon to find it and see how hard it would be to get to it and replace it. Found it.. you can only see it from underneath. The bolts come in from the tire-side of the wheel well so it shouldn't be too hard to get out of there. I will probably try to replaced that in the next few days.

I bought an old aluminum enclosed trailer a few weeks ago and painted it to match the Jeep. We're gonna use it to haul our camping gear in.

i hand sewn everything lol. The material I used was kinda thick so that worked best. But before I did it turquiose and that I measured how much I needed to wrap the bars and used self sticking velcro to attach it. It worked out great. One suggestion tho, when doing the curved sides cut a strip long enuff to neatly wrap around, no velcro it buldges and looks crappy.
