I decided on Herculiner after much research. I caught it on sale for $59 at NAPA. It took a couple of days to complete with prep and 2 coats.

Herc sucks, if they make the UV stable stuff get that, but it is way too gritty.. And fades bad

Haven't done it yet but i've done tons of research and i'm going with monstaliner, its not gritty, its UV stable and you can get different colors. I've seen herc up close and its grittier than rhino liner, which is pretty gritty already. Sucks rubbing your skin up on it. Pretty sure it uses sand as a filler, and rhino uses tire crumb.

I did herculiner it came out great the kit is well worth it! The rollers that come with the kit roll evenly and the paint brush that comes with it doesn't get all matted up just buy a paint mixer extension for a electric drill and your set! Just prep well that's why takes the most time.

I'm even layin a old school wood flooring. The pic is just kinda what it will look like but not finished product!

I took that damn spare tire, carrier, and stop off the back of my rig (crossing fingers for 14mpg) and quickly gave that brand new Goodyear to the son to put on his XJ. That 225/75 just won't look right with my 33s.

Replaced the radiator and thermostat in the 94 inline 6. 1/3 of the old radiator was missing. How the thing kept cool is beyond me. Next up is the oil pump.

Pics and details when you do. That is most likely to be on my list in the next 6 months or so.

I'm with you, sir. The damn coolant res is empty but the motor never overheats. Haha. It's a YJ thing.

Are you not doing the front half? And how did you get around the roll bars behind the seats?

The front half I have to replace floor boards and seats and couldn't wait so I started the back! I just taped everything off and after the third coat while it was still tacky and nice clean lines

Getting it done at the shop cause I font have tools and I want a professional install. I just paid for it $1380 out the door 3.5" BDS (wanted the "no questions asked" warranty) and upgraded shocks. Was gonna do dual stabilizer but not enough funds.. I do but I wanna wait on that a bit.. I might just call later and tell him to just order it lol

i actually had the housings already because the housing are the ones that come in the afterburner fog light kit from walmart, the 35w kit. the lights were at napa and the lady even knew they were called aircraft landing lights when i told her ge4509. she didn;t even look them up. they were out on the shelf with the other bulbs but i over looked them when i looked

they are 100w each and are a 4" bulb so they are the size of the stock fog lights on the TJs
