What kind of lift do I have?

Hey guys, I just bought a 95 jeep wrangler yj and need help figuring some things out. I'm not sure what kind of lift I have. I know that there are differences between a body and suspension lift, i'm just not sure what to look for. I posted a few pictures if you guys could take a look at them and hopefully be able to tell me. I know I have 33 x 12.5 tires and the shocks are rough country. Thats about it. In the pic showing the rear passenger side shock is also rough country, its just a lot dirtier than the front ones.

If you guys need anymore pics or information, tell me what I need to get and i'll do my best to get them on here asap. Again, I'm trying to find out what kind of lift I have. Also, if anyone could tell me what the best way to tell how high of a lift I have.

Thanks!
