What should I do while I have the motor, transmission, and transfer case out?

I have a 90 wrangler 4.2 five speed. I got sick of trying to beat out my rear main seal from below so I decided to just pull the motor out. The top two bolts were stripped over so I pull the motor and transmission all in one. It shifts kind of sloppy and has been stuck in third gear but works. I think it leaks gear oil. I am wondering if there is any common wear parts I should replace while I am doing this. I am going to do the rear main seal and new mounts. I would like to do any seals that are known to go bad as well.
