I think!!!!

I was selling Jeeps when ABS was added as an option to the 2002 Wrangler Sport and Sahera.

Added as an option to the X in 2003.

Added to all Jeeps in 2007 JK.

They came out way before 2002 as an option I read the 97's have them but not as std. I would think perhaps some of the YJ's had them but not sure what year.

ABS was an option when I bought my Sport in 2000. I opted for the good ol' fashioned brakes. And I'm glad I did.

Because I know how to use my brakes and therefor don't need a computer to do it for me. Also, there is less to break and have to fix in the future and sometimes you just need to be able to lock'em up!

97 doesnt have cruise control, 98 and newer do though... 97-02 have 3-speeds and 03-06 have 4-speeds.
