Where do I start? Help me build it.

O.K. Just got my 1993 Jeep wrangler. I am ready to start beefing it up. I want A mean looking jeep. Will not be doing a lot of climbing or anything. Mostly just riding hunting trails and sand flats. I have about 2000.00 I can drop in it right away. Then I will add and modify as I can afford it. My question is with a standard YJ and 2,000 to spend where should I start? Body Lift? Suspension Lift? Wheels? Where do I begin?

Need more info......What motor & gearing? If you're running an I-4 for example, bigger tires are going to lead you down an expensive path.
