Will a factory cj7 dana 44 fit our wranglers???

There is one where i live with the same gearing out of a cj7 for $75 and i know they are %200 stronger than our dana 35's ........... So is it a perfect match???

my memory is a little fuzzy, but some cj7 d44's are not that great. bolt pattern is probably different also. maybe its the spline count but i don't remember.

i had to be careful when i got my scout d44's cuz some years d44 sucked, but if that axle by you is a good one get it fast, thats a good price.

Thats a really good deal. Bolt pattern is 5 on 5.5" (YJ'S are 5 on 4.5").
I do not believe that those are all that great of a dana 44. But for that price grab it anyways. Some day you might need it for an upgrade on a cj. They are stronger than a stock amc 20.

87 or 88 XJ 44 will be same bolt pattern. Will be soa most likey. But that is a simple fix.

most waggy's are automatic, and the autos had full time 4 wd and an offset rear axle. so the pumpkin is on the right side. and so is the front pumpkin, both axles are just about useless. the front is a nice axle for running a d300 without having to flip it.
