That does seem like a persistent problem with leaf springs. We have a member of our Jeep club that has been through 3 sets of leaf springs, due to loosing their arch. I have also heard of having them re-arched, but would think they would eventually settle again. Old Man Emu, says they guarantee their springs won't sag, but I have no experience with their product. I can only tell you that the Rough Country leaf springs don't seem to last very long. I would think that one could place a add-a-leaf into the mix, and possibly regain some support.
