YJ love

Every legend has a beginning. In 1986, the Jeep brand first began manufacturing a vehicle that would forever change not only off-roading, but the automotive world, forever. While the beloved CJ series had its admirers (and still does, to this day), the Jeep brand needed a vehicle to shake things up – both from an on- and off-road perspective. Enter Wrangler YJ.

I think YJs are the ultimate 'classic' jeep look. There will never be another like it again

X2! I love my 90. I got it in august and I'm keeping it pretty much stock. I don't want to get away from that classic yj feel. If I had a TJ it would be different. But this is clean and only has 75k on the clock

Very nice looking YJ! I am with ya...I try to keep my YJ as original as possible aside from rims/tires and a flow master exhaust to add a couple of more squirrels to the mix. I also have a 04 YJ but I always find May self in the YJ.

I have owned 4 CJ's over the past 40 years and just got my first YJ (94') about a year ago. I was a little skeptical at first, but now I would not go back. The YJ has everything the CJ needed, and very little that it didn't.

YJ forever!

Square eye pride! Love the YJ's. HD & mbannin hit the nail right on the head. YJ's were just a smoothed over CJ & that's why they're the only Jeep I'll own.

Yea, that's what i want, the poison green color to pain my YJ. Unfortunately paying for professional pain job is some thing i can't afford and i also don't have the tools and a garage to do the painting my self with right tool. Only aerosol paint is all i can do but not sure if it's worth it or not and how will it look.

Gotta love the YJ's

I started in a 98 TJ it was the biggest P.O.S. I have ever owned out of the 3 years I had it it was in the Shop for warranty work 2-1/2 of those 3 years DC Finally took it back under the lemon law. I had replaced it with a 95 YJ I had her for 8 years and it never let me down I fell in love with the last of the True Jeeps none of that DC sissy Coil spring garbage ! I regret selling my 95 but after being YJ less for 3 years I found myself in a 89 YJ again and its just as reliable as my 95 and it is 25 years old !

First Pics my 95 them my 89 (which will be getting lifted and regeared next month)
