1968 cj-5 half top forestry jeep

can any one give me the specs on this jeep, it has a rear pto, looks like for a sprayer, also has a metal half hardtop, my temptation is to remove it but since I have never seen one I feel it is rare and I should keep it

Very Cool!

Looks like mostly surface rust. Def. a nice body for the year from what I have seen.

I'd either restore or make it a nice driver (disc brakes, etc.)

I say restore it. It looks like it is all there. The top looks like a meyers or kelly and yes, the steel half cabs for early CJ5/6s are hard to find.

thanks for the help

If anyone has any links to info on the top, or any color pics of a forestry jeep fully outfitted, it would be much appreciated. I even have considered how cool it would look as a desert tan m38a1, complete with 50 cal mount behind the cab.
