1986 cj value

my boss has a 1986 cj he is planning to sell on his car lot. currently it runs but needs a motor. prob a clutch too. we just did a rear brake job not too long ago and it didnt look too bad under it rust wise. the paint job looks like it was done with a roller, it has what appears to be the original hard top on it. i beleive it has around 120-150k i honestly dont remember.

by no means is it a beauty, but i have the tech to fix that.
it cant be any harder than a classic car resto.

so long story short, what shuld i be willing to pay for this bugger?????
