Talking CJ top on a YJ

Hey guyz I own a YJ but just bought a CJ hardtop I need the rear hatch and glass for it I have one but its so rusty and not worth hanginin' on to so If you have own or know of one please let me know. since I have the glass if you know of one without glass that will work too.

I am in the exact same situation. Does anyone know if you can use a the hatch/glass from a yj hardtop to replace it?

Hey guys I found out today that a YJ hatch will work the only difference is that there is cut out on the bottom of the hatch the goes over the tailgate! i found a rear hatch with no glass and no rust today so Iam swapping mine out!

Are you talking about the yj hatches with the defrosters and the wiper?

It's not perfect, but it will definitely work until I can find a yj hatch.

Mounting cj top to yj?

How did you mount the front of the cj hardtop to the yj windshield? any pics would help tons. I have a cj top on my 93 and the front just bounces up and down while I drive, I cant figure out how to secure it down?
