cj5 lift problems

I bought a BDS 4 in lift for my 76 cj5 and I put the transfer case drop kit on, when i went to put the engine and tranny in, the tranny would not line up with the holes, like the pan was sitting to low.

Has anyone had this problem and what did u do about it?

Remove the t-case drop until after the install of the engine, then drop it and see if that works.

Yup. Only try dropping the belly pan when the entire driveline is together.
