I'm not an expert, but Rubicon TJs had rear Dana 44s with discs from the factory, so that might be an option.
I was thinking there were a few other ones too like some 90s model Grand Cherokees, but I'm not sure which ones. The V8 models I think.
I was told by the local speed shop that they sell kits to convert to disc brakes at a substantial discount over the "big box" parts pushers. I know you can use F-150 front rotors and build your own caliper mount which the local speed shop sells. I built my own so long ago I can't remember the part numbers I used and they aren't in my build book for some reason. If I can find them I will post them.
