Exchange flexplate for flywheel?

I would like to replace the AMC 304 in my CJ5 (it has a Ford T18A tranny) with an AMC 360. Suppose I found a 360 from a Jeep with an automatic tranny. Would it simply require replacing the flexplate on the 360 with a flywheel, then bolting up the new engine ? Am I oversimpifying it? What else would I need to worry about?
