look what I got

Picked this up today. I was gona get two but could not get the second one on the trailer. Any body need a good 8???

Got a question for you cj guys....


The rear end is not pulling. The drive shaft is turning but not the wheels.

It dose not sound like the ring and pinion are busted so my question is, are the splines on the two piece axel setup in twentys a common place for breakage? I can turn the drive shaft by hand and its snug and feels like it will almost try to pull the tires then just spins. I have not pulled the cover so I dont have any idea whats going on inside yet just trying to get some ideas before I pull it down.

Shes mobile, rode around town some today and man it rides good with the new tires. The old ones were twenty years old and had not been mounted for the last ten.

Yes I am in Newnan Ga, I got this one down the road from Auburn. Hurtsboro Ala, At a thirty thousand acre farm that the J Smith Lanier family owns.
