Okay this is going to take me a while to complete because it is quite a project but I am going to take pictures every step of the way while I and some buddies restore a utility CJ5. Originally it was used by the gas company and only has 8,800 miles. It has been sitting for quite a while, it's a little rough, and needs some TLC but it'll be one of a kind when i'm done...Or atleast i hope. I bought it for $800.
"The danger to America is not Barack Obama but a citizenry capable of entrusting a man like him with the Presidency. It will be far easier to limit and undo the follies of an Obama presidency than to restore the necessary common sense and good judgment to a depraved electorate willing to have such a man for their president." http://mybroadband.co.za/photos/data...re_cowbell.gif

98% of people when they are about to go into the ditch say "oh shit!" The other 2% are Minnesotans and when we are about to go into a ditch we say "Hold my beer and watch this shit!"
Yes it does! It didn't take much either. Just a cap, rotor wires, gas lines, inline filter, plugs, and a little starting fluid. Doesn't knock or anything (mor than the '69's are suposed to). Now i need to get that clutch in order (the lincage and cable that goes to it needs replaced) and it'll be going down the road! ...... well it might need a little more work .
Next big step is to take it down to the frame and fix the body as well as cleaning and coating the frame .. and get new brake lines.
