NP205 problem

My NP205 will shift out of 4lo. When it does, only the front wheels are still engaged, the rear wheels are not. A tap on the shifter and all wheels are engaged again.
Any ideas to look for after I drop it?
Ideas on where to get parts?

Look at the plungers I had the same problem in my 83 Chevy half ton. Look for wear marks and gouges on them. Also look at hte shifter linkage for loose or wore out parts. Some guys even like it when that happens so they can use just the font wheels to manuver around stuff.
