Price check CJ-7

Just want to get some thoughts on how much I should/shouldn't pay for this CJ-7.

Specs: 1982 CJ-7, in line 6, with 39,000miles. Its been mostly garaged. Didn't see any rust. Original everything with a few additions. I test drove it and she's good to go. Asking price is $10k. What should someone expect to pay for this jeep?

Cj prices are all over the place.. Is it all stock in great condition or a rebuilt one? Myself I like to look for lower priced jeeps then build it up as I go.

Picture looks good but, what are your plans? Drive as is might be a good deal - start modifying it - you should be able to find cheaper starting points. my 2cents

It's all stock. I plan on using it as a second vehicle and might do some modifications. Seems to be in great shape. Price seems a bit high but the seller will probably come down in price. Prob offer $8,000.

If you're going to keep it like it is then that may be a good price. If your plans are to build up then just FYI, I bought mine for around 3k and have put at least 10k into it (and that's with me doing most the labor).
Your pic looks good. I think it's a little high, but like they said the jeep prices are like real estate...location is everything!
