So this is the family rig.
1960 CJ5.
42,000 miles on it, and a bunch of those from towing.
Everything original, everything works. Owned for 30+ years by a grumpy old fart of a man who maintains things very well.
PTO shaft to the front, with a PTO winch.

No rust, except for one front fender, where paint wore thin, and a spot in the back that looks like a little trail boo-boo. You can see the primer.

We're thinking of selling it.

What price do you think it could get?

sounds like a nice piece of history, since its not all rotted out or beat up. if you aren't desperate for the money i'd put more on it and wait for the right buyer. imo its hard to get a rotted beat up yj for under 2 grand. i'd list it at 3900 obo maybe, i'm no expert though. but that absolutely cannot be found in the midwest. you can always lower the price.
