Severe alignment issues

So i actually should have taken a picture as my cj-7 has been like this since i got it. I actually put 33s on it and took off the 37's but anyways. the only way to describe the first issue is that the driver side front tire is cambered out away from the engine. When I turn slowly around a curve it squeals everytime.

Next problem is when I drive I basically need to turn the steering wheel to the right just to go straight. There is a lot of slop in the steering too.

Now my father and I got a manual and we think there is a bolt or something which allows you to adjust camber? Can somebody tell me more about that. Also im assuming it just needs an alignment and the adjuster tightened? I think tightened moves it the right way to straighten?

As you can tell I have a vague idea of all this so any help would be great.

first you need find the slop in the steering. One of you lay under the front while the other rocks the steering wheel back and forth. look for any part of the linkage with movement in it. Then fix the worst one first. Yes the upper ball joints are adjustable but there's not a whole lot of adjustment there. First get rid of the loose or worn out parts plus look for slop in the steering box (movement in the input shaft that does not move the output. John

Camber is not adjustable on a CJ axle.
