Front wheel on '42 Jeep squealing like crazy.

I thought I'd put this up here to see if you guys had any ideas what could possibly be causing this loud squealing coming from the right front wheel. Dragging brake? Wheel bearing? CV joint? Locking hub?
I'm not sure, and when I dropped it off at the garage last week, they swore they couldn't hear any noise from the front wheel. (REALLY?!)
Video of noise below:

Any opinions welcome. Thank you!

PS: it doesn't sound to me like a typical wheel bearing noise, and the wheel is tight with no side-to-side play, spins freely, just like the left front wheel which makes no noise.
Applying the brakes doesn't change it either. Although a hard left turn can occasionally make it go away temporarily, while a right turn will make it come back.

Hey sorry for the late reply Retroman, I just saw your post. It sounds to me like bearings. My '43 has locking hubs as well and there are lots of nooks and cranies in there that need grease. It looks from the back side that it's seen lots of weather so it's likely some of the grease has come out. I'd take things apart and look inside, I bet it just needs to be lubed.

my guess is the last hard-core bearing grease is petrified/absent, and this sound is just prior to metal to metal galling....

I had a Bantam trailer wheel bearing that sounded similar.....dismount and inspection followed by grease pack solved that problem without a damaged bearing....after years of 'behind the barn' storage it was pure luck to catch it at the right time before actually using it again.

but I could be wrong about this one.
