Yep, that's basically it.

This area is mainly for Wrangler owners that also own restored military Jeeps but also includes modern day Jeeps that kind of lend them selves to the military look.

The area's for current and former military personnel as well as anyone that supports or is generally interested in the military. Primariarly the area is about the Jeeps, not necessarily the people. I pushed to get this area created because I felt there was something lacking in the forum, specifically a link to the Jeep's beginnings.

Now, I'm retired Air Force and bought a used JKU a few years back envisioning a military look that I have done. I have since been working on fulfilling a life long dream to own and restore an actual military Jeep. I guess you could say I straddle several areas.

I will throw this out there though, as I said, this area is about the Jeeps but we can expand that if there is an interest. For the most part, any active duty or vets will post things in the forums for their own Wrangler model, or in the Off-Topic area. If there is interest in a specific military thread, this might be as good a place as any and we can start one here.

Thanks, I was just going through the forum and I thought it was for the military jeeps, but as usual you get a bunch of military together and the talk goes all over the place that's why I asked. I thought about running a thread to see all the military and who they were with and when, just for fun, but then I thought this forum might already be for them and there jeeps, thanks though appreciate the clarification. Have a great day.
