I come from a Jeep manufacturing family that has had family members at the company from the early 50's on. I was going through some files and came across some spec sheets that appears to be from the early to mid 60's. An example is attached. Enjoy.
The M606 was a CJ3B but then the "cj5" was designed as the M38-A1 which then became the cj5.
